Accounts, teams and permissions
Registration requires legal capacity to enter into a contract or valid authority to represent an organisation. Keep account details accurate, protect credentials and grant team members only the access they need. The owner manages the workspace, brands and permissions. Agencies must be authorised by clients to process their data and connect their profiles. Shared access does not authorise access to another team’s information.
Platform scope
ImpulsIA brings together planning, manual and AI creation, images and videos, review, portal-based approval, calendars and publishing. Depending on the plan and availability, it also provides an assistant, reference documents, results, CRM, links and bio pages, advertising, community and progress tracking. Features depend on plan limits, credit balance, permissions and the availability shown in the interface. Beta and “Coming soon” features do not constitute a delivery commitment for a particular date.
AI and editorial responsibility
AI responses, images and videos may contain errors, similarities to third-party content, voice inconsistencies or unsuitable results. Review facts, copyright, trademarks, likeness, voice and commercial claims before approval or publication. You must be authorised to use submitted materials, including references, client data and images of people. Avoid unnecessary or unauthorised sensitive data and confidential information. The platform does not guarantee exclusivity, accuracy, sales growth or reach. Content may be processed by the AI providers needed for the requested activity, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Social networks, advertising and approval
Current connections include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads, subject to availability and each network’s requirements. Other networks may be shown as “Coming soon”. Authorise only accounts and Pages you are entitled to manage. Publishing and advertising depend on provider permissions, formats, policies, limits and availability; scheduling does not guarantee network delivery. Advertising spend is separate from ImpulsIA subscriptions and credits. Share approval links only with authorised recipients, because a person with a valid link can access the content it permits.
Content, community and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in submitted content and grant the authorisation required to store, process and deliver it through the requested functions. Infringement, unlawful content, fraud, harassment, discrimination, spam and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited. Forum submissions are shared with the community and are not private drafts. Public rankings use an alias and progress data; participation can be disabled in preferences. We may moderate content and restrict access in response to abuse or risk, subject to applicable law and support channels.
Availability, termination and applicable law
Maintenance and failures affecting ImpulsIA or third parties may interrupt service. Consult Status and support; uninterrupted operation and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. Cancellation, billing and refunds follow the Purchase Policy. Data deletion and account closure are separate from subscription cancellation. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through available channels and do not remove acquired rights or statutory protections.
