Service provider
ImpulsIA is operated by Koativa Tecnologia, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 61.000.463/0001-48. Contact: contato@impulsia.io. These documents cover the public website, application, portals and integrations provided through the platform.
Disconnect a network in ImpulsIA
Open Brands, select the brand and go to Networks. Select the account and disconnect it, subject to your permissions. This prevents new actions through that connection; reconnection requires renewed authorisation where applicable. Review schedules and ads that depend on the account. Disconnecting does not delete posts, campaigns or the profile on the social network, and does not cancel your subscription.
Revoke provider access
You can also remove ImpulsIA through Instagram authorised app settings, Facebook business integrations or equivalent LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads controls. Names and paths may change by network. Validated Meta revocation notifications disable credentials associated with the authorisation. Access revocation is not a complete data erasure request; contact privacy support for that request.
Export and close your account
In Profile, use privacy controls to export data or request account closure. Closure has a 15-day grace period and can be cancelled during that period. If you own an active workspace, transfer ownership or close the workspace first, using available options and support. When the grace period ends, the current process disables the account and removes it from normal access; it does not automatically physically erase all data. Request privacy support separately for erasure, anonymisation or retention questions.
Request data erasure
Email contato@impulsia.io with the subject “Data deletion — ImpulsIA”. Include the account email, relevant network and request scope; do not send passwords, connection tokens or unnecessary documents. We may verify identity proportionately and request additional information. Support acknowledges receipt and reports the outcome, including any records retained for legal duties or the exercise of rights. Data controlled by clients or a network may require contacting that controller. External posts must also be removed through the relevant service when necessary.
