Service provider
ImpulsIA is operated by Koativa Tecnologia, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 61.000.463/0001-48. Contact: contato@impulsia.io. These documents cover the public website, application, portals and integrations provided through the platform.
Cookies and local storage
Cookies are data stored by the browser and sent under the conditions set for each domain. Local storage is also used for preferences and interface state. The public website and authenticated application have different needs. Website consent controls do not change cookies set by social networks on their own domains.
Essential technologies and preferences
In the application, session and renewal cookies maintain login, while a security control helps prevent unauthorised requests. Duration depends on authentication settings and may end at logout or session revocation. IMPULSIA_LOCALE stores the language for up to one year. impulsia_consent stores cookie choices for up to one year. impulsia_ref may record referral origin for up to 30 days when you open a referral link. Local preferences do not grant account access or replace permission checks.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics and the service is configured, the website may load Firebase Analytics to measure navigation and page performance. “Essential only” keeps this analytics disabled. Third-party identifiers and duration vary by configuration and provider policy; they are not required to read the website. ImpulsIA does not treat an OAuth connection as consent to website advertising or analytics.
Changing your choices
Use “Manage cookies” in the footer to accept, reject or customise optional analytics at any time. Rejection does not block access to public content. Withdrawal disables optional collection; removal of previously transmitted data and previously stored cookies may require provider or browser tools. You can also clear cookies and local storage through browser settings. Blocking essential controls may prevent login. Questions: contato@impulsia.io.
