Does ImpulsIA publish automatically, or do I need to approve posts first?
You choose. You can review each post before publishing or use automatic publishing when it is available in your plan. Configure the workflow for each connected account.
Can I use a personal Instagram account, or do I need a professional account?
Instagram requires a Business or Creator account for automated publishing through its official API. Switching to a professional account is free. The connection flow explains the requirements before you authorize access.
Do I need a credit card to use the free plan?
No. You can use the Free plan without a credit card. Payment details are requested only when you choose a paid subscription.
How does the AI learn about my business? What if the tone is wrong?
Your business brief describes your products or services, audience and tone of voice. The AI uses that information to generate content. You can review and edit the result before publishing and update the brief whenever needed.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can request cancellation in the dashboard. Check your subscription for the effective cancellation date and access remaining in your current billing cycle.
Are my data and access to my Instagram account secure?
ImpulsIA connects through the official Meta authorization flow and never asks for your Instagram password. Access tokens are encrypted. You can disconnect through the dashboard or revoke access in Meta.
Which social networks does ImpulsIA currently support?
Real connections are available for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Threads, subject to account requirements and enabled workspace features. X, YouTube, Bluesky and Pinterest are coming soon.
Can I manage multiple clients or brands?
Yes. You can organize brands and connected social accounts in workspaces, with team permissions and isolated data. Check your plan for the number of brands and workspaces included.
Is there an API to integrate with my CMS, CRM or automation tools?
ImpulsIA provides a public REST API with OpenAPI documentation and workspace API keys. Check the documentation for available endpoints, events and integration requirements.
